re-download the maps they may have been corrupted. Also, have you loaded and played all three maps online before playing it off line? (Thats where the problem is right?)

When I goto Theatre mode and select there a game I was playin on the maps, Halo 3 says that the file is corrupt or from a another Version of Halo 3 ...

I think I will call tomorow the Support.

If you haven't gone on live again since you cleared your cache you won't have the auto update, which means you can't play on the new maps (or watch films of them)

No, thats not the Problem ^^
I re-downloaded them like 4 times now and nothing change.
And yes, I re-downloaded the AU too

did u try waiting? i kno that if u start up your xbox (connected to live) if you go right into customs and select map it appears u only have "original maps" but wait like 1-2min in lobby and then check again...

When i had that problem, I just played a few rounds on the new maps, and then it worked. Have you tried playing all 3 maps in forge/custom game? Have you played the new maps on match-making?
and for actually loading the maps, when you get into the game lobby, you will only have the original maps. Then a screen should pop up that says something like "Checking for saved content". Once that goes away, the maps will be available to play.

WAIT for it to completely load up, check your maps, and when its done verifying, go to the main menu thencome back to forge/ custom games
