Caboose beat you in posting the update DrXThirst!
Sounds great, I can't wait for the new map pack. Moonlight Sonata sounds very interesting.
Senor_Grunt: Okay, so, I was playing CoD4 earlier, and about 30 minutes into playing, the screen went black, then flashed, then the 360 gave me red rings. Only, they weren't rings, they were half of the ring. Like, only two of the controller light thingies were light up red. WTF does this mean? Like seriously. My 360 still works, but it does that like once every week at the least, and it's getting annoying getting to round 16 in the zombie mode for CoD5 (so totally not bragging ), then suddenly blacking out. :[
tucker933: Pour some liquid nitrogen on it.

Yea, but my updates are more organized, and I'm on restriction... so I'm still better.

To me it looks way too overdone. Sidewinder looks much better than this, hopefully it plays better than it looks.

So we can discuss them, that is what a forum is for.

We don't need a new thread for every update, especially in situations where nothing valuable is included. Anthony's post was of an update with many technical details worth discussing, DrXThrist's was about the new map. This one has no worthwhile news that needs its own thread. Everything to be discussed here can fit in another thread. There was a good reason for there being the official Bungie updates thread, and it was to avoid pushing independent discussions down further with discussions that already exist.

Post updates such as this here:
http://forums.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=56849
If the update has a worthwhile cause, it can have its own thread. This is not one of those cases. Every part of this can fit in another, existing discussion, or is simply too small to warrant its own thread. All you accomplish by posting this update is moving discussions away from their original location, causing people to follow even more threads just to keep their discussions going. It's more of a hindrance than a help to discussion of the content. Minor discussions go in the updates thread, major ones go in their existing thread first, if none exists, then you can have your own thread. This update is tiny and lackluster. It does not warrant a thread of its own.
