Not only is that incredibly old, but there is also no message there. The video is of someone seeing what they want to see. Of course "one" would be way off to the side, that makes sense. If a message was intended, it would be more obvious. If there was a message, it would make sense and pertain to something. This does not. It's completely irrelevant to Halo 3, mainly because it doesn't exist. There is no conclusive evidence anywhere in that video, at all. That's probably because, as I've said multiple times, there is nothing there. The person who made the video is not only using a shitty YouTube-quality source image, but he also presents no proof. He just puts the text over it and says that's what it is. Obviously that isn't misleading in any way. Whoever made that video is a very ignorant and unintelligent person.
It's just a bunch of fragments. There is no message. The reason they look like letters is because they are viewed straight-on, the others are viewed at an angle. It is concentrated in the center for the effect of the clip.
