Actually, ater looking at it it occured to me that the pump grip rides on the barrel, not this new tube.

If it doesnt launch something, it is completely uselss both in game an on the gun entirely.

I doubt bungie would alter it like that for no reason. The difference between the H1 and H2 M90's is barely noticeable, the newer one is shorter (hence the wider spread) and has green high vis sights instead of blue ones.

This new one has been altered in a completely different way. Like i said, if that tube doesnt do anything, then i spit on bungie for wasting time on a useless metal tube.

No, not possible concidering the way the M90's action is arranged. Pumping the gun couldnt possibly load a shell into both chambers.

My best guess at this point is that its a single shot slug launcher requiring a manual reload (similar to the way one loads an m203). This would give the shotgun the abiltiy to engage targets at both close range standard buckshot) and medium range (rifled slug).

My prediction (which is probably wrong so you shouldn't listen to me) is that some of the weapons will have a secondary fire and that is what it is used for. This could also explain why the needler is going back to single weildable because (my guess again don't listen) that it's secondary fire is something to the effect of firing all the needles at once. For other guns (eg battle rifle) it would alternate firing modes (semi-auto, 3 round burst, etc.). Once again these are just my opinions, so please don't quote me on this... or flame me.
thats cool and about the BR that would also explain why they whent back to the orig. modle for the semi auto fire
