Water Tutorial

Any chance that someone could make a new water tut for H2V? I've watched the only one I can find (CodeBrain99's) a few times and he doesn't explain anything, and I can't even find the shaders/bitmaps he uses to create the water. If anyone could make a tut or atleast explain what the parameters are for water (and what each does) that would really help.

I can try to remake one, however I need to fully explore it.

However, I wasnt able to successfully make water, as others have.
