Halo 2 RTH Header Grabber

Ever since KIWIDOGGIE helped Grimdoomer and gave me the offsets, I decided to do alittle tinkering myself. I am not sure of these values but oh well.
The Source code is very sloppy and you could do this alot better, it reads int32 out for each value and I used a h2v mod whitepaper for the offsets.
