i got this dll file that makes me able to do all gold members can but my account is just silver
i didnt know where to put this so here it goes

Normally this would be illegal, but Xbox Live Gold on PC has been free since July. This file is completely useless because everyone has free Live Gold on PC titles. File removed, thread locked. You do not need to download anything to use free Gold features, and I would not trust anyone claiming you need a file to do so.
