Halo 2 Vista Worth it?

Hi everyone,
I used to mod Halo 2 for Xbox but it got really annoying Ftping and plus Halo 3 came out. I really miss modding it and to dust off the Xbox is to much trouble. That's when I realized HALO 2 VISTA!

All I am really wondering is...
1. Can custom BSPs be made(I heard there was some tool from Bungie, what is the name? Halo 2 HEK?)

2. What is the current status about editing AI?(Can it be added to MP maps? Is the SP map's AI editable? Also can zones be properly placed, or at least the Halo 2 Xbox tools be ported to work with VISTA?[Probably not])

3. Finally how many people play Halo 2 Vista online, and how do I get the Halo 2 HEK?(assuming that's what it is called)

Yes, BSP's are allowable. (lots in the downloads section)
Idk about AI.
You could say a good number of people still play it

do you know if the HEK thing is an update or a stand alone download?

Its called the map editor, but lots of people call it h2ek. It comes with the game.
