[HELP] Wheres my pelican?

Ey
I LOVE the pelican, it's the best f-ing game-vehicle ever created! And when halo 2 came out for PC, i was like "omgz, i'm going to drive the Halo 2 pelican!!1!" Best moment since tiamt's pelican. (But the Halo2 pelican is übersexi compared to tiamts.) The only problem is; how do i make it drive-able in halo 2 pc? I've seen alot of vids etc on ppl driving it on xbox, but thats kinda uninteresting for me. So could anyone explain how to do it (if possible ofc) step by step? Please help, i want mai pelican.

its requires a certain amount of modding which isn't currently available

Mabey try Replacing the model of the banshee with the pelican model ? You wouldn't have the banshee anymore though and im not even sure how to do that.

I know that this is a bump, but it goes with the topic. I am guessing that the OP has already figured this out, but just in case...
Heres a little script I made:

(script startup miranda\chief swap
if (map_name oldmombasa newmombasa deltaapproach deltatowers)
(swap masterchief.biped miranda.biped)
BTW that isnt a real H2V script
What Im saying is, if these maps are going to be modded:
oldmombasa: Outskirts
newmombasa: Metropolis
deltaapproach: Delta Halo
deltatowers: Regret
Then Miranda and the Pelican are in those maps.
Now, why swap Master cheif with Miranda? Miranda has a seat animation for the Pelican, which allows her to get into the DRIVER seat of the pelican.
In short, take the offset from the meta box for miranda, and paste it over masterchiefs meta offset. Itll make you miranda.
Then just swap any projectile you want (frag grenades are the best) with the pelican's meta (same way as above)

you can fly the pelican, put one in a level, and turn yourself to a marine, i did it and got around with it
