hey i really want to have a halo 2 vista icon on my destop and i was wondering is there a way to make one rather then having to get the disc or go to prgrams and go to halo.exe
also you can play halo 2 vista without the cd and no i didn't hack it.

okay make a batch file so:
go to your desktop
right click
select new text file
then open that file
copy and paste *exactly* this into it:
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo 2
halo2
exit
then save this as halo2.bat (the key is .bat doesn't matter what you name it)
to the desktop
close notepad
you should see a wierd gear looking thing in a window (like a .dll icon) then double click that to open halo 2 and you can delete new text document
if you need to i could send you the file (if i knew how to send a file in forums)

You don't copy the halo2.exe to the desktop all you have to do is create a shortcut of the halo2.exe and drag it to the desktop. easy as that. don't make it more complicated than it is.
