HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Are we able to revamp and edit the bungie maps like lockout and stuff like we could do in halo PC or is there a rule against this if so sorry I didnt see it. If so how would i access the files after instaling Halo EK

well that would require us to decompile in some way, AFAIK this is not possible yet at least not publicly.
