will it ever get to the point where we can mod h2v like we do with halo 2 on xbox? im not rlly into mapping and stuff, and enjoy old school fun mods, and making them.

It took a while for tools to come out for H2X. At some point we will, just probably not terribly soon.

Yes, we can, just not now.
We have to wait until a certain someone (looks at korn
) releases his haxed tools...
BTW do not ask him for dates, it will come out when he feels like its time to release it.

BrainEater, if he didn't give you permission to make that post, then I would seriously consider editing it 
..as a programmer I find there is nothing more annoying than other people publicly speaking about a tool that is as-of-yet unreleased, as well as not yet officially announced.

I'm pretty sure there was even a newspost at h2vista.net about it, and if he has an issue talking about what he's doing... it's not like we're even talking bad about it. Not like we're all IM'ing him "r u dun yet?/". Or at least I hope everyone else isn't.

I still stand by what I said, and partly because of what you said. But not anymore in this case, I didn't realise there had been an official statement.

Over time things will come together to complete the puzzle. For now, I'm waiting for pieces which I have no control over. Soon you too, will have pieces to said puzzle. Thats all I'll say.
