Problems with Shaders in H2V

Ok i got h2v and I tried to make a map. I followed the new tutorial. The map didn't work. I even contacted some members of the CMT team and several others. No one is able to figure it out. So if some one could explain this much appreciated.

You just said it was a problem with shaders and it didn't work. That's not very specific.

I know that (baka) but i followed both the way you do it in ce and what the tutorial said to do and they both didnt work

this is what h2tool gives me

It is unable to find the shader, but the bitmap that i am using is one that is included.
