Some have said the release of halo 2 was May18...well I am unsure for everyone else but in my area it is being released tuesday at 2pm at best buy and wednsday at 5pm at circuit city!
Bestbuy 50$
Circuit City 40$
and I will be upgrading my comp next week with vista and a new processor or hard drive for everything ^_^

Yeah the delay seems to only be affecting people in the US. Here in Canada it seems to still be the 8th.

My local Best Buy advertised this morning in the paper that it was going to be available at 2pm on the 8th.

The official date given by Microsoft was May 8th, in the last week or so retailers have been changing the dates, but there has been no confirmation that it was delayed. Meh. We'll find out in two days.

Games Stop has the 22
Circuit city has it the 8th and it is on sale
Best Buy still shows the 8th

they probably received but wont send back so ppl can get crappy versions while still making money....so sad...oh well gives me a little more time to upgrade.
