Do you think Bungie will add extra stuff to H2PC like Gearbox did for H1PC?

What will happen now?

Post by Bladez »

When Bungie made Halo 1, they held some stuff back and didnt put it in the game, but when they hired Gearbox to do the Console to PC conversion, Gearbox added things in like the flamethrower and fuelrod to MP. But this time for the Halo 2 Console to PC conversion it seems Bungie is doing it this time. Do you think they will add anything into it like Gearbox did with the first one? I do not know if it was supposed to be in Halo 1 and they just removed it or sumthing, but in the E3 2000 Halo 1 Video, there is what seems to be a Spectre turret vehicle, and a Gauss Hog or maybe an early version of the rocket hog, and in it the energy sword actually goes through the person being stabbed instead of just seeming to quickly slice across them. After seeing the video it seems like to me that Bungie was holding a bunch of stuff back on us. And yes i know this video is a really early version of halo. I downloaded the video from http://nikon.bungie.org/e3trailermirrors.html I will post Screen Shots shortly.

I dunno, they might. I think that Bungie is letting go of Gearbox.

I bet they will, otherwise, whats the point in buying it if you have it for xbox? Even if it didn't I'd buy it just to mod it.

I don't think so, because at E3 they said they were busy with numerous projects, one being H2PC.

I'm just glad that Gearbox isn't involved at all this time. Hopefully the stuff bungie adds is BALANCED (IE: no 2-hit-kill-rapid-fire-rocket-launchers).
