Im gonna read all of your trys but hey. You need to shut your face and get your facts right... Im posting this after reading your first sentence. You dont have to uninstall Windows, just partition your drive like us cool folk who use both Linux, and Windows together.

Eh.. Time to read the rest.

Well, the Specs for Vista arent released yet, the specs mentioned in my first post are for the Beta Version of Vista, they might either jack up the required specs, or find something and lower it.

Guys, comparing your PCs doesn't matter, what's more important than THAT is seeing if IT can run Vista

This is kinda turning into a "My PC is Better than yours" and a "My new ones gonna beat yours" contest. We dont really care what you got. Seeing how the Specs could change(according to the first post,

sil3ntdarkn355 wrote:Microsoft has not released final details of Windows Vista's hardware requirements; however, Microsoft has released some preliminary Windows Vista Ready PC Hardware requirements for those wishing to upgrade to Windows Vista and have the full Aero Glass experience. These requirements apply to Beta 1, and are subject to change.
So youre basicly comparing yourself to PRELIMINARY settings. seeing how it could change, you might be dissapointed when your PC cant run it, when you based it on the preliminary Requirements. I'd Say, hold off on this until the final specs are released.
