H2Sapien not working

When i am trying to open my map with sapien, i see the sceen with the oricle. none of the other windows show up. i let the oricle window do its thing and when its done nothing happens. i just get an icon on the bottom of my screen but there is no window. any on know whats going on? thanx

EDIT: i have tried reinstalling but no luck
