campaign dosent work?

Hey i just got h2v and when i try to play campaign i click new campaign and such, then i click on the first level, then my level difficulty, it then just sits at this blue screen (the bg is all i see) and just sits there if i press exit then it goes back to the level difficulty selection screen what do i do?
