Easier than the Xbox version?

Maybe it's just a matter of opinion and I'm not just talking about the control sceme here, but is it just me or does the Legendary campaign seem a little bit easier on the PC than on Xbox? I strictly remember finding the first Flood level (with the spinning platform) nearly impossible on the Xbox version without your two Elites backing you up as well as the following battle. But here it seemed like a breeze.

Maybe using a mouse and keyboard is allowing you to line up shots better than the controller.

I think its the aiming system. I found it was A LOT easier to get headshots than on the Xbox. The also, the Carbine seems to fire quite a bit faster tham it previosly did. Also, maybe it's me, but it also seems to hold more ammo too.

You can shoot faster because clicking the mouse is faster than pressing the trigger.

With that being said, is there any way to mod the campain?

I've tried using HMT v3.5, HHT v5, and SparkEdit v3.02, but when I go to load the map, it gets an overflow error, from several of it's Boolian variables.

I say this partially, becasue I haven't ever been able to beat the campian on Legend, and I was wondering if there were any DevTrainers or modding tools that would allow you to beat the Campian easier.

I know its not very noble to cheat with acheivements, but I cant seem to beat the game anyother way that cheating, or at least moding it to make it easier.

Dude... HMT and all that stuff is for Halo 1. Not Halo 2.

Don't you have to have a Live account to get achievements? Thus, modding to get achievements is essentially modding on Live. You're modding to increase gamerscore on Live.
