CAN"T MOVE STUF IN HALO 2 SAPIAN

Hey guys i'm having a weird problem using sapian when it comes to moving objects. i click on them and try to drag it but it doesn't move. It worked before, but im afraid i may have changed a setting somewhere. I try changing the X Y Z values in the box for that object but they wont change, i highlighted the number values and tryed pushing backspace and it ont delete. its almost like all the options have been blocked....
