Depending on who he is working for, he won't be able to answer that question.
If he is contracting at Pi Studios, he will be able to.
If he is contracting at Hired Gun, he won't be able to.
If he is contracted at Bungie Studios, he has nothing to do with Halo 2 Vista.

EDIT: He works for Hired Gun. Hired Gun's sole responsibility was to port the game to Windows Vista. They were/are a completely separate entity from Pi Studios, who was responsible for the editing kit. I believe Nitro's official title of employment was something along the lines of Test Monkey...
