predictions are saying that the os should be backwards compatible which means if halo 2 sucks, then you could go back to pc/ce
or you could play any other good 32 os games that u liked
(btw, bf 2142 might be a 64 os game too so h2pc wont be the only one most-likely)

Vista probably isn't gonna be that good when it first comes out. It will probably have a lot of bugs at first.

what makes you say that did windows xp have lots of bugs when it came out?

and even if it did microsoft would mostlikely test it for bugs and other problems befire releasing it

the only way u would have bugs is if your running on a computer that is below the requirements

There is no operating system that is 1000 bucks that i know of, that is way far fetched. XP only costs 100.

Yes i will get a new OS to play H2PC, its worth it isnt it? I mean, its gonna be awsome to mod it And ill finally be able to film movies in Halo 2.

Well, Vista (operating system) is being delayed BECAUSE of bugs... so chances are that not very many bugs are gonna be on it when the realseing time comes around... Secondly ALL games are gonna be on direct x 10 (better graphis) and only vista can run it SO. Evuntually ALL games are gonna be on vista (well, pc games anyway). Halo 2 for the pc will have a map editor, and probably a CE is different words. If bungie doesn't make it... then the fan base will. So i am buying the 100 to 300 dollar operating system with, or without halo pc, Because when it is realesed All games will be on vista.
