inject modles from game to game

I'm sure someone is going to flame me for this but I have to know.is there a program in development that will enable you to inject modles,sounds,exc from other games into halo1 or 2?so(example)switch the warthog with a ferari from PGR2.I know this sounds impracticle but thats because it hasn't been done yet.I'm sure If we put the best minds halo mods has to offer it could be pulled off,though it would take a great deal of work,patience and determination.But I bet I could be done.
