Halo PC Modding??

Hey, I was just wondering if this PC version will be just as moddable as the Xbox version. The same thing except PC, can I still alter weapons, vehicles, player stats, and I'm not really interested in map making, but if that is possible aswell. Please help, thanks.

True, I don't know how much everyone already knows. When's it even coming out? lol The end of this year or 2007?
