Make sure you are not connection host, then get a non-duelable weapon and a duelable weapon (Shotgun and smg are good examples and seem to be the easiest to do it with) and make sure you have some grenades.

stand over a duelable weapon and throw a grenade, just as you throw it hold "Y" for a split second, then tap it repeatadly until it says "You picked up WEAPONNAMEHERE" if the weapon isnt on the ground and isn't being duel-wielded it has worked, press "Y" and it should show ur third weapon.

NOTE: killing anyone with the tri-wielded weapons results in a guardian kill, shooting the non-duelable weapon results in a backfire and hurts you.

to add to this it doesnt matter what dual and non deul you do it with long as your doing it with atleast 1 dual. if you shoot some 1 with the dual b4 you shoot them with the non-dual it wont backfire or be a guardian kill.
also "you have to be holding the dual for the triple weild to work"
If you have ur dual weap being smg,PR,BPR,needler and then do the glitch over a plasma pistol you can then just charge up and hold charged your PP it point it at some1 you will magicly take their sheilds down cause your still dual-weilding on hosts screen.
if you get a PP as primary and a second PP as your secondary then do this glitch over another PP then go and shoot what was your Secondary PP your shoots willl come from where ever you did the glitch"or close to it" ie PP shots from knowwhere......really fun to do in MM gets people thinking your modding MWUAHAHAHHAAAAAAaaaa
