Nightfields

Post by Mr.Brightside »

This is entering the Mod Contest.

Based on Icefields, it's set in a dense forest at night. 5 different types of Warthogs, and lots of new scenery added in.

Most of the level is re-skinned.

All custom skins/models, created by me. (Excluding the Go Kart's wheels. Those are from Pepsi's, FTW. I would have made them by myself, but I needed to finish quicker.)

Enjoy!
:D

Shown in this video is an experimental Bloom enabling shader. Don't ask for it. It'll be here soon enough.

This movie is no longer available due to a copyright claim by a third party.

I demand a new video.

That's nice dear.

If you read the rules, you'd know there has to be one included in the post.

I was JKing with Brightside, as is apparent by my :P face.

The rocks don't blend well as they are still white, I love the models and the whole theme but that full auto sniper kinda killed it for me.

It's an assault rifle, and the damage is turned down on the bullets.

looks alright, just needs a lil' more work, for example, you still have the ice footsteps sounds in the video when you're walking on what looks like grass(but was ice in the original map) to me. Also, the fuel rod gun shoots a blue projectile but the firing effects are still green. I find that meeting a deadline is not as good as making it shine.
Overall a great mod, but rushed.

No, use Stuffit 13. As far as I know you're on a Mac.
