[MOD]Flying in SnowGulch

FIRST OF ALL:
For those of you who have been expecting a totally awesome bloodgulch variant filled with snow-topped pine trees and drifting specks of white, I am afraid to say that this SnowGulch is the work of yet another aspiring noob.
In fact, I had even tried to PMI snow particles through this tutorial http://www.halomods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21155
However, after five long attempts and three re-downloaed HMT 3.5's, I was still having trouble with rebuilding my map. It would be cool if anyone could PM me and give me some help with this. (And yes, I know the tutorial worked for almost everyone else.)
It is also important to know that I also took a whole lot of time making sure all my modded weapons could balance each out with advantages and disadvantages. (Well...maybe not the heavy weapons...
) Lastly, this mod was especially designed for CTF with all vehicles

WEAPON MODIFICATIONS:
Assault Rifle shoots out pistol projectiles at a slower rate, but with good accuracy for medium-range combat; a weapon reminiscent of the modern day M16 rifle.
The Pistol is a *cough*...silenced...*cough* SMG which has an ammo clip of sixty rounds and has a high rate of fire.[/i]
The Needler shoots out homing plasma bolts. (Weapon has a battery instead of ammo)
Shotguns shoot out energy bombs which are capable of blasting anything high into the air (Can hold ten shots before it runs out of battery)
The Plasma Rifle was designed to be a plasma shotgun, with modded turret beams that hang in the air for a couple seconds.
Sniper Rifles emit green energy beams with modified force.
The Flamethrower, Fuel Rod and the Rocket Launchers are yours to discover
--They can be found on the two hills near the bases (marked by small trees), and around the center of SnowGulch.
VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS:
Banshees and Ghosts are nicknamed Lag Machines by me. It's up to you to discover why (recommended only for good graphic cards...otherwise, use at your own risk...lol) *Note that the plasma grenades will stick onto any surface*
The Tank shoots out needles that explode shortly after contact.
The Covenant Turret is an anti-aircraft gun that shoots out tank shells at a slow rate (Supposed to resemble a Flak AA Gun)
The Warthog's abilities are up to you to discover.
OTHER CHANGES
Snow-covered bloodgulch (duh)
Masterchief can fly*
More powerups and weapons in bloodgulch
Dense fog
*when I refer to fly, I don't mean jump really high and stick to the ceiling--I mean FLY
OTHER INFORMATION/SCREENSHOTS
The best graphics card to use would be an ATI Radeon 9000 or higher.
Best Gametype: CTF with All vehicles
And lastly: Remember that this is my second mod, and I am still an 80% noob!
In other words, I will appreciate constructive critizism, but please do not make comments too harsh...

Edit: By the way, do you guys think the flying feature was okay?
