The best Halo: Combat Evolved PC modification that my brother and I ever made yet!
First of all, my brother needed to do or make something for his school project started at about April 26th and published on May 1st, 2005 at 8:25 PM. But he used some of this mod for his movie and some of his friend's civil war modification. This modification is designed in mind for Halo: Combat Evolved PC.

The Others:
Bitmaps from Ducky
Models are from Almost Everybody. Thank you for making such fine models.
Features:
The bitmaps match perfectly.
Flying turrets--yes we really achieved flying turrets.
Turrents and Banshee highly modified.
About every weapon was replaced besides the Assault Rifle.
New log roads, new vehicle and weapon textures, new vehicle models, and Master Chief looks much better.
Weapons shoot faster but almost realistic, the Tank drives a little faster than normal, you have better aim and shoot a much more farther range. New effects, new projectiles etc..
Commands and Controls:
Turrets:
How do you fly them? When you get in a Turret, it will not move right away. It also shoots plasma bombs. First get in a Turret, shoot towards the ground, the plasma bombs will stick to the floor, before it explodes-press the UP button to prepare, and it will explode then you will be flying off. Turrets will be stuck in the air, so you have to use your keyboard to move. You can go very high without even dying. Includes plasma bomb projectiles, shoots very fast at about two projectiles every 2 seconds.
Banshee:
It floats in air and the secondary fire doesn't overload. The Rocket Projectiles automatically homes in onto your foes, the other side of the weapon also homes onto your foes, and shoots turret ammo (the pink one).
Both types Warthogs:
You can drive and shot from any seat, the turret and rocket guns don't overheat. The rocket shots a little slower. The preferred seat (my favorite) is the passenger seat.
Tank:
Drives about 2% faster, doesn't overload, turret and rocket has more range, turret uses AR ammo etc.
Your Cyborg:
You have a new skin texture, you jump at about 4% and more higher, and you walk at about 2% or higher faster. If You fall off a high hill, you do so without damage.
Weapons:
Shotgun:
A Silence Tube, shoots faster. Now has a much longer Range of an 2% added extra, is 1 percent heavier, now causes 2% and more Damage.
Pistol:
Better Range, includes a new model with 8x zoom sniper. Shoots 1% faster.
Needler:
Shoots 1% faster and doesn't spread a lot.
Plasma Pistol:
It's now Green colored, has No overload, shoots faster projectiles, and new effects such Homing, a special Right click rocket feature, and shoots 1% faster.
Assault Rifle:
Shoots 3% faster, 5% longer range etc..
Sniper: Model texture is now more shiny and blackish, projectile makes black air and blows up a little. Shoot more smoothly.
Rocket Launcher:
Does homing, has long range, almost everything is improved on it.
Extras:
More Stealth packs, Health Packs, Energy Shields, "Secret Places" which can be accessible by teleportation, and a couple extra upstair bases.
They are almost everywhere, in log bases. They are teleport areas, lastly be careful of being in the small cave hole which actually includes some protection packs you might need. Features a secret roadway to safety.
There is a big wall in front of the bases to protect troops.
The land terrain has been heavily modified. More trees placed around, rocks, more ferns, plants, and lights on a rock, bases and so on.
