The pictures that he has up right now represent the mod fine. Higher-quality graphics won't (shouldn't) affect the quality of his mod.Amit wrote:Someone who has graphics that can run Halo at full settings with at least 35FPS at all times should take pics of this. I would but I'm away from my computer at the moment.

He said "the bottom one." The bottom one made no sense. He corrected himself, and explained the picture.Amit wrote:I'm not trying to be critical, I'm just asking someone to get pictures that are clearer and ones that would represent your mod better. I only said it because others also expressed distaste of the screenshots.
I'm kind of confused as well, Shadow. The pictures are unclear, you said it yourself.

agreed, constructive criticism:Philly wrote:Not bad at all.
1.if you are a good enough skinner, maybe you should mess around with the marines' faces.
if not, ask someone else to do it.
2. maybe find a way to make the zombies walk and not have assault rifles, never heard of a zombie that runs at you with an assault rifle.
see? no flaming. also, if by gfx you mean your graphics card, there is nothing wrong with it imo, if not, then nevermind

If it wasn't Brightside, it would be someone else. It's a useless argument that I keep seeing brought up. If Brightside acted "nicer", someone would take his place, so there's no point in complaining about it.
There's those who comment easily to avoid hurting peoples feelings, and there's those who don't give a damn and comment honestly. Brutal honesty is better than "you must be new at this so I'll give you an 8/10 because it's good for a first".

Brightside makes really amazing models, with screens that show the mod thoroughly. so i think brightside has a little room to speak when he tells people their mods suck.Kount-Dooku wrote:I disagree, simply because being told by someone that your mod is bad is a whole different thing from Mr. Brightside telling you your mod is bad.Corvette19 wrote: Every new person at this website thinks its flaming when someone says their mod isnt good.
