Well this scenery has NO mod2 ,and like in the offset list, its not there, so it has to be like rain, where u have to do somthing in HEX editor ===> and another question, and i try to IMPORT tag into scenario in sparkedit, like i wanna add the new scenery i added rite, like the crashedpelican, i cho...

well. even if theres a plugin , i dont thikn youdd be able to modiffy anyways
