No I do not have custom edition i have combat evolved which i though was ce because its same initials. Where do you get ce?

EDIT nevermind i found it its free so thats good. whats the difference between ce and combat evolved? is combat evolved referred to as PC version?

Well first off, i dont have sapien and i dont know where to get it. I searched for it and couldnt find it. I dont think you need to overwrite a vehicle to make a new one...you could overwrite something useless such as scenery or maybe make a complete new one. Not sure if when you say making vehicles you mean editing old ones or making completely new ones so i cant help you there.
