nevermind i fixed it

i am trying to run DevTrainer 2.11 on halo pc because ive seen videos of it and it says its supposed to. but whenever i try to it doesnt work. i have tried online and in campaign and nothing works

i figured it out and that wasnt it
i was running halo ce as an administrator and that messed with it for some reason

i am having weird problems with devmode
this worked before but now its not
im using alldev and for some reason alldev wont turn on, and if i minimize halo ce and click ON it still wont turn on
wat do i do

hey im new to this site and fairly new to modding halo ce and i was wondering if there is a tutorial for third person view and if there is a tutorial for switching out eh master chief with an elite or hunter or something
