no, its not illegal, its just a mini image. You cant install it because its so small (when i made it i made it as small as posible). so no, but if it is for this site plz tell me so i can remove it.

if it is a remodle then go into HMT an open ur map. go down to the mod2 tag. scroll down and find the weap and click it. then a box will apear in the rite hand corner. go into the box and and click on the one with the highest number. then just click import and browse to the .obj file and click open....

to flip them in SE select your vehicle and click the rotate button. hold down ctrl and then rotate it.
