They would come out a lot faster if you paid these guys a decent salary to do it. I say give them $30/hour and those maps will come out before you get too involved in your school work.

Download the newest version of Xinject from the tools section. Their is a model tut in there. But you'll need to be familiar w/ hex editing.

Hey, I'm trying to get a second model for the hog into bg, but the damn model is too big to inject over anything...is there another way to assign another bitmap to a 2nd hog, cause i'm pretty sure this is the only way. the freezing problem is tricky....i've injected and reinjected a30_a over wizard, putput, battlecreek and derilect trying to get it working properly. So far, its only worked over wizard, but even then the lightmap was a little screwy. I'm gonna wait for poke to touch up xinject and ill try again.

k.....i was having a problem where after the bsp was injected, the snde tag would give an error. i think my bsp might be too big. need to play around a bit more i suppose.

is bitmap\a30\a30_a responsible for how bright the level is?
i'm not talking about the shaders....not the light volume on the textures,
but the general level of light on the level. The area is indoor.

o.k......i've got a30_a injected and working.. :D

but now, it crashes after around 3 mins in...

any ideas? I've got the big room w/ the lightbridge set up, it will make for some nice ctf.

Question about xinject bsp injection

I'm trying to do a sp->mp conversion with xinject but keep getting an error. Say i was using SW for example, it's sbsp size is 1984512. Does the bsp i inject over this need to be smaller just as all meta injection is done?? I only ask this because sp bsp's are huge! The smallest one i saw was 279070...

Vehicle - Spartan Strike Fighter

This is a model I made from the Hog..I call it the SSF (Spartan Strike Fighter)..It isn't finished yet, (its close) and I think it's one of the better modelling jobs for an xbox vehicle. Vehicle Levels Of Detail

Does anyone know how to inject a model with less indices and vertexes over a larger one? Particularly in the diff lod in the vechile models. I spent a retarded amount of time on a model in the 3rd level and would rather not recreate it in the first two if I can.
