Nope that won't effect the model. Looks like you just need to inject it. idk. About the bitmaps, you'll need to start with a fresh bitmaps.map and re-inject the textures. How do I inject the model? All I see is Export, Export All, and Import. And if it works on a different map (screwed up on bloodg...

You need to inject the model for that map, and it looks like your bitmaps are corrupted. Before you inject, be sure that the format is DXT1, with 9 mip levels (2x2). Uh..... Wuh?
