ODST Skin request

I looked all over the forum/internet for an ODST skin. which will make mastercheif look like an ODST in multiplayer. My friends brought it up, and I have no expierience in the field of skinning, or modding in general. I don't think it should be too difficult to do, but what do I know. ;)
