It looks like the gravity rifle

Start over again. take all those user made files out of ce maps.
Download them and save them to somewhere like My received files.
Extract them back to My received files and then open the extracted file.
Inside will be the file you want to drop into ce maps and maybe a read me too.

I put schwinnz map into the map folder but whenever i try to create a
game I get an exception, and when i try to join a game it says unable to
join server, wtf????
