I now have a crest. Fiddling around with Gimp, came up with something kinda cool, half an hour later and I have a crest. I shall probably find a way to include it in my my future work.

it's, um, big.

make it smaller so i can see all of it at oce and i will tell you what i think of it.

the first one looks lke an awesome start to some sort of cathedral. looks like it belongs in Myst.

if you put some fish-eye type effects on it, it would look better, but as it is the spartan is just too squished

It was intended to be closer to a bastard sword in size, has a 30-unit (set units to be = to inches) blade, and about an 8-10 unite handle (from back of crossguard to end of pommel)

or did you mean it's too skinny?

and the blade is blue because it is intended for the Rider of a blue dragon

~30k faces. could be less, but as i don't plan to put it into s gsme, i didn't bother trying to acchieve a low polycount.
