I have UberScreenShotTool downloaded on my computer, i have the Xored Trainer Launcher on my Xbox Harddrive, I have everything all set up but when i go to play halo every single map fails to load, in the Launcher menu i have Developers mode ENABLED and i have Checksum(map thing) ENABLED, Can anyone...

All was going well, until I got to Step 4. My Unknown 11 is nulled out and I can't find a way to click on it.

Makes sense to me, FTP program's all screw things up.

Yes, many times. I have tried almost everything, my guess is it's probably something to do with certain Xbox's just not liking it.

Tried this about 10 times already, I also made my own, and I still have the same problems. I had a friend send me his that worked perfectly on his Xbox, and still no luck at all.

Well, I decided I would try to skin Lockout to my liking, so I edited all of the bitmaps accordingly using DotHalo and injecting them over the originals. effects\generic\solids\water_ripple
to get the exact effect he wants?

This is what I assumed as well, except I didn't think to make it negative, I just did about 1.6 to see if it affected it. I just tested out your theory however, and it still shoots straight out of the front.
