This is what i'm talking about, the circled vertices are the ones that are messing everything up, i dont have them in the envelope and i don't know what to do. Help plz

Ok i finally have almost everything with my model done, the only problem i have is, that if i move the shoulder or arm bones the top of MC's back deforms with it and i can find no reason for it to happen, help plz.

Ok i've been looking into platt's tut and i'm at the part where he attaches the bones to the model, i have my bones where i want but his tut just doesn't get detailed enough for me at this point. So any further explanation would be great!

So for detail maps you go to diffuse and make a RGB multiply and put in dirty metal tiled to 9X9 and then in the other slot your diffuse...right?

Ok i've been looking at the tuts and I realise that i did some things incorrectly, such as the bump map, but now on the tut every link is outdated, so does anyone have a link to the "masterchief diffuse mix amount" and also where did you guys get your dds plugin, because mine doesn't open ...
