this is the best mod but for some reason when i try it on live with my friend who has the same mod... it doesnt work it only works when i have xored running for some reason... please help!

guys for some reason whenever i apply a mod to gemini it doesnt mod it it is the same old borring gemini... and i am very good with moddin i have made several of my own but dont know why none of my gemini mods work anymore...?

Has anybody pieced together any of the screens taken when you use the auto hires grabber? Is there any good way to do it? i'm tryin in photoshop but its a super pain...i'm thinking there are some redundant pics but i'm not sure. edit: gave up for now...When you piece two caps together so they match...
