HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I'm just gonna ask this straight forward, if someone wanted to make a single player mission using custom edition how is there any way they could make cutscenes?

I know absolutely nothing about putting in AI with these tools but i would love it if you could tell me what you know so far.

My two questions are how was this made? and could someone pm me the ppf as well or re-post a link?
