HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I recently started skining containment, and I didnt want snow to be on the ground. So can anyone explain how i could remove the snow from the ground.

I decided to start skinning but when i dowloaded halo2IB it says , Component COMDLG32.OCX or one of it dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing. So I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this or if anyone know where to find a better bitmap injector.

I have serenity v2 but when i try to get the new mods that are serenity files it says i need a newer version of serenity. What i need to know is were can i find it?
