Just reinstall Halo. I've had to do it three times since I started modding stuff.
All your progress is saved, it just restores whatever has been changed.

One small problem with that...
My router program thing doesn't have an "Applications & Gaming" section or anything of the sort.

There aren't any numbers on it. Everything is already blank. It also does this whenever I try clicking the check boxes while modding vehicles...

I tried changing some stuff with the weapons, and it keeps saying "Error while trying to update and write structure." whenever I try typing anything under starting ammo or anything else. :(
