Actually, ADI does let you extract as DirectX models with all the bones and stuff, but i haven't found a program that imports them. (Polytrans and Softimage XSI Mod Tool do, but they give errors and then it shows up blank again, so i'm camping Google day and night to find the right program for them ...

Or you could download the latest version of hekplus and extract the model with uv maps corrected. (as .gbxmodel)

I thought the latest version had .gbxmodel converter built-in so look around for it.
