Yes this only happens when hosting. I do have a firewall running sygate personal firewall and Halo is allowed access through it. I actaually do use sygate personal firewall but it hasn't prompted me at all for anything to do with halo whilst in game since i allowed the Halo v1.04 or v1.05 Patch access.
