Open in photoshop, save as a .dds. (assuming you have the .dds plugin)

Same with PC Halo's flashlight. You have to be so close to the object just to see....the flashlight really sucks and doesn't work. btw I'm gay and silly, Halo Pc even owns me...

It ddepends on your grpahics card for the flashlight and other stuff like that....

Takes 10 days to get through.

Maybe if we got more info...
