mods, can u please move this to utilities. www.irfanview.com it is an image viewer and can open targas so no more big pics are pics with horrible compression. u have to turn compression quality down below 40 to see any real difference. it is what i always use and most of my screen shots are about 70...

also stop praising the pelican. it is a n00bed up version. not the real one
