haha 1 GB here, it still does take like 15 seconds to load for me too though, and you should close everything, i mean everything, do a fresh reboot, close everything start it up and see how it goes from there

try holding ctrl and movin or something becayse thats what it is in some games...i dont know... hmm...anyways, you will like the scroll mouse once you get one;)
