Maybe somone fixed this now? When I run the HEK setup it says cannot find a DLL. If I put in the setup.dll from my halo in the folder with the setup it goes to the Halo PC setup screen. It doesn't install anything if I press install. It just says "INSTALL COMPLETE!" right after I press it....

No... i definatly have the right setup program and it pulls up halo. Infact i already downloaded HEK from numerous places.

Well how do you install it? Step by Step. Because when i run setup it brings up Halo setup screen with Play, Add / Remove, Readme and stuff like that.

Well the setup wouldnt work at all if i didnt have it. I downloaded it anyway and it still does that
